Dr. Jac Daccardi, DC, FIAMA, FASA
Dr. Daccardi, or “Dr. Jac,” as he’s known by his patients, is a second-generation doctor dedicated to fostering the old-
fashioned “doctor-patient” relationship. With a gift for helping his clients understand and resolve complex health challenges, and achieve their highest levels of performance, he practices the discipline of Functional Medicine. Functional Medicine is a holistic philosophy that seeks to assess and support the optimal function of all of the body’s systems –
musculoskeletal, neurological, endocrine, digestive, reproductive, etc. – allowing the whole person to
come back into balance and experience vibrant health.
Dr. Daccardi is also an advanced practitioner of Applied Kinesiology, which is a state-of-the-art assessment system that allows him to find the root causes of symptoms and develop the most appropriate course of treatment for each individual. He began practicing the art of chiropractic adjustments as a child in the 1970s and 1980s, under his father’s guidance. In addition to manual adjustment methods, including Diversified Technique, Thompson, and Gonstead, he is highly
experienced in Activator Technique, Sacral Occipital Technique, Cranial-Sacral, and Respiration-Assisted Adjusting, which are low-force methods. He is Board Certified in Acupuncture (NBCE) and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical
Acupuncture as well as the Acupuncture Society of America. In cases in which acupuncture is an appropriate form of therapy for patients, he uses both needle and non-needle acupuncture techniques (laser, microcurrent, and acupressure) to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and reduce the impact of a variety of symptoms. He is also one of a handful of doctors in the country offering treatment using the newest high power laser technology available in the U.S., the Avicenna, to eliminate pain and regenerate tissue at the cellular level.
Dr. Daccardi is the inventor of Neurocognetics, which is a state-of-the-art method of improving brain and body function, and currently assists elite athletes, students, and professionals all over the country in improving their mental and physical performance.
Prior to starting the Hearthstone Center, with offices in Fort Collins, Colorado and Southlake, Texas, Dr. Daccardi maintained a thriving practice in Minnesota after having graduated with Honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
He is married to Kelli, the love of his life, and in his free time enjoys playing the bass guitar, hiking in nature, traveling, cooking, and studying neurology. He and Kelli have two small "canine kids," Max and C.G.
