We're in the business of healing...but we still have to be a business.
Although our first love is helping others, the reality is that we have to operate efficiently in order to continue having the opportunity to do that. Because that's the case, we adhere to the following business policies:
Payment Policy:
We require payment at the time of service, in the form of cash, check, Mastercard/Visa/Discover Card, or Care Credit.
Financing Options:
We offer several financing options -- some of which are interest-free -- through a plan called Care Credit, which is administered by GE Credit Services. Applying for this program takes just a few minutes and can be done on-line, on the telephone, or in our office. If you are interested in financing options, please ask us for further information.
Access to Dr. Daccardi Policy:
We want to provide the best care possible and to ensure, to the best of our ability, that your health-related concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. If you have questions or concerns that arise between visits, please call our office. Dr. Daccardi will respond to your call the same day. If you call after business hours, we will respond to your call within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
When you make an
appointment, we set aside that block of time just for you. And when you miss that appointment
without notifying us in advance,
it wastes time that we could have spent with another client. So, please do us the courtesy of
notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if, for some reason, you are unable
to keep your appointment. If you do
not notify us in advance of your cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
Late Policy:
Please make every effort to be on time, or even a little bit early to your appointment, to ensure that you will have as much time as you have reserved to work with Dr. Daccardi. We strive to minimize waiting-time, so in order to be fair to other patients, we must end your appointment at the pre-arranged time regardless of when you arrive.
